MCODSA Mission Statement
- To promote Process Serving in all courts and insure its continued acceptance as a valid and positive means of attaining jurisdiction by the court over the subject matter.
- To insure that all Process Servers are trained and qualified persons.
- To constantly improve the procedures and techniques used by Process Servers.
- To assure that each member is of the highest integrity.
Fall Training Seminar
The 2008 fall training seminar will be held on November 7, 2008, at the Hilton Hotel in Grand Rapids. A workshop will also be held on Thursday afternoon from 1 PM to 5 PM. To make hotel reservations using the MCODSA discount click here.
