EFFECTIVE March 1, 2009, Accredited Surety and Casualty Insurance Company has discontinued offering several types of civil bonds, including, the Court Officer/Process Server Bond. Therefore, we are no longer able to offer these bonds.

MCODSA and Accredited Surety and Casualty Insurance Company have developed a bond program for Court Officers and Process Servers in Michigan. The cost for a $50,000 bond is $175 for MCODSA members and $300 for non-members. There is a 5% discount for multi-county bonds.
