Jeff Kirkpatrick, of  Jackson,  Michigan is a long time member of MCODSA and is a Certified Court Officer. He has been a court officer for the past 13 years. He is the Past President of the Michigan Court Officers, Deputy Sheriffs and Process Servers Association and he is currently serving as its Vice President.

Additionally, Jeff serves as MCODSA's legislative chairman.  He is also the chairman of the bylaws committee, and is responsible for the association website.  He served on an adhoc committee appointed by the Supreme Court to create regulations for governing the conduct of Michigan Court Officers.

He is the Vice President of Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company.  Jeff was a member of a special commission that was impaneled to recommend and implement procedural safeguards designed to enhance public safety during the fugitive apprehension process.  He has taught various seminars on Skiptracing.  He holds a Fidelity and Surety Insurance License from the State of  Michigan.

Jeff obtained certification as an Electronics Technician from the Federal Communications Commission and is licensed as an Amateur Radio Operator and a certified locksmith. He is the past President of the Jackson Community Federal Credit Union and currently serves as a Director.
